Great mystery or suspense movies are hard to find. They are either very boring, pointless or don't have a good suspense attached to them. So here I am giving you my 5 favourite mystery/suspense movies which will keep you hooked and surprise you. Let the countdown begin.
5.Primal Fear
Aaron Stampler is accused of murdering a priest. Martin Vail thinks he is innocent and decides to free him of accusations. It's more like a courtroom drama but the suspense it reveals at the end will open your jaw.
4.The Usual Suspects
Directed by Bryan Singer, this film tells the story of a sole survivor who narrates a twisted story which leads to a gun battle on a boat. The mystery it holds is revealed only during the final moments which definitely shocks you.
3.Zodiac
This film is based on a true story and follows the case of this serial killer who calls himself zodiac. This case is not solved till date. The performance from it's cast is truly exceptional and the movie will surely keep you hooked.
2.Memories of Murder
It is a 2003 South Korean film directed by Bong Joon Ho. This film is also inspired from true events and traces the story of a notorious killer who raped and killed women between the years 1986 and 1991.
1.Identity
Identify is my favourite suspense/mystery of all time and hence No.1 in my list. The film tells the story of this group of people's who come together at a motel and suddenly one by one everyone gets killed. The suspense is truly intriguing and sweeps you of your feet when revealed.
